Upload an iPhone WhatsApp backup or a forensic phone extraction (Cellebrite UFDR, iOS or Android) and Kendraa rebuilds the conversations: messages, media, voice notes, replies, and deleted or recovered messages flagged with their provenance. Chat images are OCR'd so the text inside them is searchable, and every conversation can be searched, tagged, and exported like any other document — no conversion to PDFs, no separate viewer.
Case data lives in a dedicated, isolated AWS environment — hosted by us, or in your own AWS account. The AI model runs air-gapped inside that workspace, so your prompts and data never leave it. Kendraa is deployed inside your own AWS account, in India. Evidence is stored and processed there and is never copied into a shared vendor store. The AI that drafts search terms and answers questions runs in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) inside that same environment, so document text does not cross a border for inference. The qualities a tribunal asks about are properties of the process, and Kendraa has them by default. Every item is hashed at ingestion, so what is put in front of a tribunal can be shown to be what was collected. Provenance travels with each message, including a deleted message’s state as three distinct things — certified by a forensic extraction, claimed by the chat app’s own tombstone, or simply absent — rather than one checkbox a cross-examiner can take apart.
